Highlight the words "Go to Late
Policy". |

Click the Hyperlink
icon on your toolbar (the world with a chain in front).

Click on the button called
Bookmark.

Select the name of the bookmark (late
in this case).

Click
OK. |

Click OK. |

Save your
web page. |

Open your page in a
browser and check to see that the link is performing as desired.
