Inserting Slides from Another PP Presentation
 

From the Insert menu select Slides from File.


 

Navigate to the PP presentation you wish to take slides from and select Insert all slides or Select slides to Insert.... Then click ok.


 

If you choose Select slides to Insert...  select the slides that you want from the Slide Finder and then click Insert.
