Working with the Slide Master to format a presentation
 
  The Slide Master is used when one wishes to make changes to an entire presentation.

Step one:

From the View menu select Master and then Slide Master.


 

Step two:

The Slide Master allows for various changes to be made.


 

Step three:

Any changes that are made within the Slide Master will be applied to every slide in the presentation.
