Adding Notes
 

Step one:

From the View menu select Notes Page.


 

Step two:

Place your cursor over the notes box and begin typing.


 

Step three:

Any information that you add will not appear in the slide presentation, but can be used to as a reminder of what you will say during the actual presentation.
 


Adding Handouts

Step one:

From the View menu select Master and then Handout Master.


 
 Step two: Insert the information that you wish to add to the handout.


 
  Step three: To choose the number of slides that you wish to appear on each handout select one of the Show Positioning buttons on the Handout toolbar.
